Job summary

A leading company is seeking an experienced Class 2 Building Control Surveyor for a contract role with a Local Authority in London. Panoramic Associates is working with a Local Authority to appoint an experienced Class 2 Registered Building Control Surveyor. You'll play a key role in safeguarding community safety, delivering expert inspections, and ensuring compliance across various projects.

Role Highlights:

Class 2 Building Control Surveyor - Local Authority (Contract)

Location: London

Hourly Rate:

Class 2D: £75/hour

Class 2F: £85/hour

Contract Length: 6 months

IR35: Inside
