Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Limited is seeking a builders labourer for a short-term contract in North Ayrshire, Scotland. You will assist tradesmen with slabbing, wall building, lintel and sill replacement and general maintenance on building sites.

You must have a CSCS card and a valid driving licence, with experience in scaffolds, ladder safety and asbestos awareness. Work includes manual handling, 38 hours a week, Mon-Tues 08:15-16:30 and Fri 08:00-15:00; starting from Portland Place Stevenston.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Experience with scaffolds and ladder safety.
• Asbestos awareness and abrasive wheels knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradesmen with all aspects of building work (slabbing, wall building, lintel and sill replacement, general maintenance).
• Carry out manual handling and job prep as required by the tradesman.

Builders labourer required urgently for a short term contract in North Ayrshire.

General builders' labourer to assist tradesman to carry out all aspects of building work EG slabbing, wall building, lintol and cill replacement general builders' maintenance.

Tasks will involve manual handling preparation of jobs and carrying out tasks as required by the tradesman

Must have as CSCS card,

Must have a driving licence,

Experience with scaffolds & ladder safety,

Asbestos awareness and abrasive wheels

Previous experience in ground works and building maintenance

Portland Place Stevenston starting point and then within North Ayrshire Council Boundaries

Mon/Tues 08:15-16:30

Fri 08:00-15:00

38 hours total.
