Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and delivering great experiences.
• Ability to build relationships with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Willingness to learn and use in-house systems to process orders.

Responsibilities

• Know product lines to assist customer interactions in line with Jewson values.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers, understanding needs.
• Process orders and payments using in-house systems and arrange delivery times.
• Keep the branch clean and tidy to greet customers.
• Maintain stock levels and perform regular stock counts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to spot improvement opportunities.
