Job summary

ITC are looking to add an experienced General Builder to our growing team, working on a wide range of domestic construction projects throughout the Kinross area. We undertake refurbishments, extensions and new-build homes, and are seeking a reliable, skilled individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

A full UK driving licence and the ability to read construction drawings are essential. We offer long-term, consistent work on local projects with a competitive rate based on

Responsibilities

• Read and work from construction drawings.
• Carrying out groundworks and drainage installation.
• Laying concrete foundations and installing fencing.
• Work on refurbishments, extensions and new-builds.
• Operate as part of a team to ensure quality workmanship.

Key Requirements

• Domestic building projects, including refurbishments, extensions and new builds
• Groundworks and drainage installation
• Concrete foundations

• Hold a full UK driving licence

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety standards at all times
