Nested provides a platform for ambitious estate agents to build their own business under a trusted national brand, with access to industry-leading technology, marketing resources and an experienced HQ team who understand the realities of estate agency.

As a Self-Employed Estate Agent, you'll generate leads, conduct valuations, win instructions, negotiate sales and manage clients while enjoying freedom in how you work and the support of the Nested brand.

Qualifications

• UK estate agency experience within the UK.
• Experience winning instructions and negotiating sales.
• Strong local market knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsabilités

• Generating leads and obtaining new instructions.
• Conducting valuations and winning instructions.
• Negotiating sales and managing client relationships.
