Responsibilities

• Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and at the branch or yard.
• Creating tailored solutions by preparing quotes and following up on enquiries.
• Managing essential admin to keep operations running smoothly.
• Providing up-to-date product knowledge to help customers choose materials.
• Maintaining well-stocked displays and a welcoming shopping environment.
