Your role will focus on analysing key trends, resolving compliance challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

What you’ll do:

• Directly managing 5 Assistant Build Managers carrying out technical building surveys.

• Support the Regional Build Manager in managing the daily operations of our Assistant Build Managers and 20+ builders and subcontractors.

• Oversee and maintain the training and development matrix, identifying skill progression opportunities for team members.

• Conduct compliance audits on van conditions, health and safety, quality standards, and our customer journey.

• Analyse and interpret data to produce exception reports, identifying trends such as aborts, overruns, and material usage.

• Provide actionable insights to the Regional Build Manager (RBM) for improved field management.

• Monitor project compliance and authorise costs related to technical building surveys while maintaining budget alignment.

• Address on-site challenges and collaborate with the RBM to resolve issues in real-time.

• Conduct root cause analysis for aborts and overruns, implementing preventative measures.

• Foster strong working relationships across the team, ensuring alignment on compliance and quality expectations.

What we offer:

As Build Compliance Manager you will have an opportunity to join a growing and supportive business as well as:

  • Competitive Salary range £45,000 + Fully Expensed Vehicle + Laptop + Phone
  • Company Bonus Scheme
  • 25 days holiday + 1 extra day off on your birthday!
  • Life assurance & critical illness cover
  • Pension Scheme
  • Enhanced Health Cash Back Scheme
  • Employee Referral Scheme
  • Health & Wellbeing Benefits
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Fully supported induction and on-going training/development.

What you’ll need:

• A proven track record in compliance management or site supervision.

• Strong man-management, experience managing teams and ensuring compliance in a construction or building environment.

• Exceptional skills in data analysis, trend reporting, and providing actionable insights.
