Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced Bug Bounty Analyst to join our Security Operations team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will manage the Bug Bounty Program, triage findings, coordinate remediation with white-hat researchers, and ensure timely retesting.

You will collaborate with risk, legal and privacy teams to document risks, follow runbooks, and stay current with PCI, GDPR, NIST and other security frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerability management or Bug Bounty programs.
• Knowledge of CVSS severity assignment and remediation workflows.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Assess CVSS severity and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate remediation with white-hat researchers.
• Oversee remediation and retesting.
• Collaborate with risk management, legal and privacy teams.
• Maintain runbooks and stay current with security frameworks.
