Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced Bug Bounty Analyst to join our Security Operations team. You will oversee coordination, triage, and remediation of findings from our Bug Bounty Program and ensure timely reporting to remediation owners while guiding retests.

You’ll collaborate with business units and security champions across the organization to mature the program, secure assets, and maintain runbooks and compliance awareness across PCI, GDPR, NIST, HIPAA frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Info Security or related field.
Typically 2+ years of experience with vulnerability management or Bug Bounty programs.
Knowledge of security operations, SIEM, pentesting, web app assessment, secure coding, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Assess and support severity assignment on reported vulnerabilities using CVSS.
Communicate vulnerability findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop mitigation plans and timelines for identified vulnerabilities.
Coordinate remediation with whitehat researchers across Bug Bounty & Vulnerability Disclosure Programs.
Analyze findings to identify if scanners failed to identify issues and address gaps.
Identify missing security controls and ensure remediation is completed.
Mature the program by onboarding new assets.
Collaborate with Risk Management to document risks and issues.
Maintain knowledge of PCI, GDPR, NIST, HIPAA frameworks.
