Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for an experienced Team Manager - HIT & OT to lead the OT Reablement Team in Buckinghamshire. This role suits health or social care professionals with strong leadership in OT, Reablement or integrated services and a hybrid working pattern.

You will oversee OT and Reablement services, supervise staff, drive service improvements and ensure compliance with safeguarding and legislation while collaborating with NHS and health and social care partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Occupational Therapy services and/or integrated OT and Reablement teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, OT standards and reablement best practice.
• Ability to influence strategic direction and drive service development.
• Knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation, safeguarding and professional practice.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent and a health or social care qualification.
• Registration with Social Work England or the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.
• Full UK driving licence.
• HCPC Registered.

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager - HIT & OT to join the OT Reablement Team in Buckinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced health or social care professional with strong leadership skills and a background in Occupational Therapy, Reablement or integrated services.

Location: Buckinghamshire

Pay Rate: £45 per hour

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - a mixture of home working, office-based work and visits to client premises.

Department: OT Reablement

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Occupational Therapy and Reablement services.

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent and a recognised health or social care qualification.
• Registration with Social Work England or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist, as applicable to the professional background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• HCPC Registered
