Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for an experienced Team Manager - HIT & OT to join the OT Reablement Team in Buckinghamshire. This hybrid role combines home working, office-based work and client visits. The successful candidate will lead and manage services to maximise independence and wellbeing in adults.

Location: Buckinghamshire • Pay rate: £45 per hour • Hybrid working arrangement • Department: OT Reablement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Occupational Therapy and/or integr. OT & Reablement teams.
• Strong governance knowledge and OT standards.
• Ability to influence strategic direction and drive service development.
• Experience working with Adult Social Care legislation and safeguarding.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager - HIT & OT to join the OT Reablement Team in Buckinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced health or social care professional with strong leadership skills and a background in Occupational Therapy, Reablement or integrated services.

The successful candidate will lead and manage services, drive improvements and ensure adults receive high-quality, person-centred support to maximise their independence and wellbeing.

Location: Buckinghamshire
Pay Rate: £45 per hour
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - a mixture of home working, office-based work and visits to client premises.
Department: OT Reablement

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Occupational Therapy and Reablement services.
• Provide professional leadership, supervision and support to staff.

• Ensure compliance with Adult Social Care legislation, safeguarding requirements and professional standards.

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience leading Occupational Therapy services and/or integrated OT and Reablement teams within health or social care.
• Strong understanding of professional governance, OT standards and reablement best practice.
• Ability to influence strategic direction and drive service development.
• Expert knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation, safeguarding and professional practice.
• Excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent and a recognised health or social care qualification.
• Registration with Social Work England or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist, as applicable to the professional background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• HCPC Registered
