Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC invites applications for a Sports BTEC Tutor at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing. The role delivers BTEC Level 2/3 Extended Diploma in Sport, oversees A-Level provision, and supports PE across KS3–KS4 Day Release (YDP) with Sporting Excellence Apprenticeship involvement.

You will work with our academy team, integrating dynamic learning strategies, conducting internal verification, and tracking student progress.

Qualifications

QTS is essential for delivery of BTEC Sport and PE across KS3–KS5.
Experience teaching and assessing BTEC Sport at KS4/KS5 is required.
Strong ability to integrate e-learning and track academic progress.

Responsibilities

Deliver and assess the BTEC Level 2/3 Extended Diploma in Sport.
Oversee A-Level provision and PE delivery across KS3–KS4 Day Release (YDP).
Support the Sporting Excellence Professional Apprenticeship.
Create a modern, inspiring learning environment and use e-learning strategies.
Track and report on academic progress and contribute to personal development programmes.
