Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Full-time Brow and Beauty Expert at Boots Covent Garden to build real connections with customers and drive sales. You'll be instrumental in achieving targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You will provide waxing, tinting and tweezing services, demonstrate products to promote sales, and collaborate with the team to meet counter goals while maintaining hygiene and brand standards across the counter. Flexible weekends and training provided.

Qualifikationen

• Brow services: provide waxing, tinting and tweezing for repeat customers.
• Teamwork: collaborate with colleagues to meet counter needs and sales targets.
• Promotions and events: support in-store, external and charity events to boost sales.
• Sales tracking: maintain daily/weekly worksheets and assist with counter admin.
• Hygiene and brand image: keep counter clean and aligned with brand standards.
