Job Title: Full-time Brow and Beauty Expert at Benefit Cosmetics

Come paint the world PINK with us! We are currently searching for a Full-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections at our upcoming counter in Sephora Manchester Arndale.

Please note: If you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as we are recruiting for long-term employees.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all current and potential customers. You should be confident in making connections, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and committed to winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Key Duties

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets through customer engagement and product demonstrations.
• Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business objectives.
• Promotions and Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity activities.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and displays at all times.
