This is a part-time position requiring 30 hours per week.

Role Overview: As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to customers, connect with them, demonstrate products, and encourage repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Full training will be provided.
• Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.

Qualifications
