Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  2. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
  3. Provide expert advice on insurance products and market trends to brokers and clients.
  4. Lead, mentor, and support a team of brokers to enhance their performance and professional development.
  5. Oversee all sites in the Midlands.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive insurance solutions and pricing strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insurance broking, in a leadership or regional management role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive sales performance and meet business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team development experience.
