The successful candidate will support Brokers and Producers during business placements. Experience in this role is welcome, but proficiency in Spanish is essential.

How you'll make an impact

• Assist Producers, Brokers, and Junior Brokers in servicing clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prepare templates for global correspondence, verify received information, and update marketing sheets for the Broking Team.
• Review market security information of carriers, ensuring compliance and financial stability, and coordinate with the Compliance/Sanctions Team for necessary checks.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Generate data, statistics, and contractual documents to support reinsurance placements, maintaining meticulous records.
• Create accounting entries, issue evidence of cover, debit notes, and instructions, and ensure timely billing.
• Address and resolve client and reinsurer queries efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and the Client Excellence Model (CEM) throughout the placement process.

About You

• Educated to A level standard, with a willingness to study or already holding the CII qualification.
• Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
• Intermediate IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
