The successful candidate will support Brokers and Producers when they place business. We are open to experience on this role but Proficiency with the Spanish language is crucial.

How you'll make an impact

  • Assist Producers, Brokers, and Junior Broker colleagues in servicing our clients to ensure outstanding service delivery.
  • Compile templates to send to global offices, verify the accuracy of received information, and update marketing sheets for the Broking Team.
  • Review market security information on carriers, ensuring compliance and financial stability, and liaise with the Compliance/Sanctions Team for necessary checks.
  • Foster effective communication with various collaborators, both internal and external, to facilitate smooth operations and client happiness.
  • Produce data, statistics, and contractual documentation to support the placement of a client’s reinsurance program, ensuring all files are meticulously maintain
  • Generate accounting entries, issue evidence of cover, debit notes, and closing instructions, and ensure timely billing within agreed timescales.
  • Handle and resolve queries from clients and reinsurers promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and the Client Excellence Model (CEM) throughout the placement process.

About You

  • Educated to A level standard, with a willingness to study or having already achieved the CII qualification.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise workloads with good time management skills.
  • Intermediate IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
