CMR Jobs Limited is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join the Broker Team within a specialist lending business. You will develop and maintain relationships with brokers and introducers, and actively generate new business opportunities.

In this role you will own an active client base, identify new broker relationships, and work with internal teams to progress opportunities and maximise conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial finance, business lending or brokerage.
• Proven ability to generate and convert new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and introducers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow an existing broker client portfolio.
• Understand clients' funding needs and present lending solutions.
• Progress opportunities with internal teams to maximise conversion.
