The role covers live production elements, from concept to delivery, with duties including studio logistics, travel, post‑production paperwork, and liaising with producers to meet deadlines; a proactive, detail‑oriented communicator is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and provide administrative support for the UTV programmes department.
• Operate gallery and multi-skill to cover duties as needed.
• Book filming logistics and track progress to keep to schedule.
• Arrange travel and accommodation.
• Complete post-programme paperwork, including music cue sheets and third party material.
• Liaise with producers to ensure delivery of promos, billings, synopses and subtitles by deadlines.
• Assist teams to achieve Albert Accreditation.
• Provide research, transcription and prop/locations sourcing support.
• Process programme-related payments through procurement, expenses and talent systems.
• Manage media and handle sensitive content with external partners.
