Job summary

ITV/U.T.V. Belfast is seeking a Production Coordinator in Programmes for a 0.5 FTE, on-site role in Belfast. You will support scheduling resources and facilities, guiding shows from concept to delivery, with occasional after-6pm shifts to cover live production.

You’ll need superb organisation, proactive communication, and the ability to work across busy, diverse teams in a vibrant newsroom environment.

Qualifications

• You must have technical proficiency with Google Workspace and standard office tech.
• You have proven experience in administrative coordination and workflow management.
• You have a track record of resolving complex administrative queries with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and administrative support for the UTV programmes department.
• Operate gallery and multi-skill duties, switching between tasks as needed.
• Book filming logistics and track schedules with operators and editors.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for crews.
• Handle post-programme paperwork including cue sheets and third‑party materials.
• Coordinate delivery of promos, billings, synopses, and subtitles by deadlines.
• Assist teams to achieve Albert Accreditation and provide research support.
