Arrows is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead broadcasting-focused technology delivery in a hybrid London setup. You will steward multi-workstream initiatives from software builds to infrastructure operations, ensuring reliability and timely delivery.

You will build compelling business cases, maintain transparent reporting, and own project budgets. You will mentor junior PMs and act as the trusted driver to keep stakeholders and suppliers aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical projects in live environments such as broadcasting.
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities.
• Solid grounding in formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK/PRINCE2).

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-workstream technical projects spanning software and infrastructure.
• Develop and present business cases and project reports for sponsors and governance.
• Maintain budgets, track spend, and ensure delivery on plan.
• Support and mentor less experienced project managers as they grow.
