Job summary

NEP UK, part of the NEP Worldwide Network, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support broadcast and live event operations. You will prepare, test, and log technical equipment, load and unload vehicles, and maintain stock accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires hands-on organisation, attention to detail, and good teamwork. Basic IT skills and a willingness to work flexible hours are essential; forklift licence is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• Evidence of strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic IT literacy (MS Office / Apple apps).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and test equipment and systems per load lists.
• Perform pre-deployment checks and ensure kits are complete and clean.
• Load/unload broadcast vehicles and log equipment.
• Assist in returning OB trucks and flypacks, including testing and restocking.
• Coordinate with warehouse ops and external suppliers as needed.
