Job Overview

An exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Member has opened at our Britvic site in Lutterworth, Wincanton. Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, you will cover multiple functions of the warehouse role.

Basic pay rate of £29,955.28 + shift pay

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out all aspects of physical functions within the warehouse to complete daily workloads on time.
2. Ensure all functions are performed to the highest standards.
3. Be trained to be multi-skilled and operate efficiently in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
4. Load and unload vehicles within KPI targets.
5. Perform physical case picking within KPI targets.
6. Record product arrivals and enter information into management systems.
7. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.
8. Follow health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
9. Work 43 hours per week.

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication skills and ability to develop good working relationships.
