  • Technology Exposure: Depending on your specific project, you’ll get exposure to a wide range of different technologies and systems and receive training to understand how to use as well as help implement them.
  • Certifications: We invest more than $1 billion each year in continuous learning and professional development programmes. Depending on your project role and specialisation, you’ll get access to industry recognised certifications and specialist externally provided training courses.
What you’ll need

To apply for our Technology Analyst Graduate Programme, you don’t need to be able to code, and you won’t need technical skills to apply – that’s our job to teach you! You will, however, need a genuine passion for technology and the systematic mindset to grow passion into potential.

Graduates who tend to excel on this programme are:

  • Analytical thinkers
  • Have a strong interest in how technology solves problems
  • A proactive, curious and growth mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as projects change
  • Problem solvers who enjoy collaborating to get things done

If you think that you meet these criteria, this could be a great fit for you!

Accenture values collaboration, bringing people together at least three times a week at client sites or one of our UK offices. You will be required to be in your assigned office for a minimum of three days per week and must live within commuting distance to make this possible. Project work may also take you to client sites across the UK, sometimes more than three days a week, depending on business needs.

Visas

Immigration minimum salary requirements set by the UK authorities (UKVI) mean that Accenture is not able to progress applications from candidates who are currently on graduate visas and/or who do not currently possess the right to work in the UK. For further information, please refer to our visa policy.

Your Development Path

After you have completed your initial training, you will be available to start your first role. Project roles vary based on our demand as a business, and we encourage our analysts to try a variety of different opportunities. For this programme roles may typically include:

  • Quality Engineer
  • Data Analyst
  • Business Analyst
  • DevOps
  • Project Manager

Throughout your graduate programme and beyond, you’ll be supported with training, coaching and guidance to help you progress in your career.

You will work on a variety of projects to explore the full breadth of what we do, helping you discover where your strengths and interests lie.

After this, you’ll align to a specialised business area that reflects your ambitions. From that point on, you’ll continue to build expertise, take on more responsibility, and shape a career path that’s uniquely yours.

To bring this to life, here are some examples from recent Technology Analyst Graduates:

  • Jessica joined Accenture in January 2026 and is now a Business Analyst on a Financial Services mobile app team. She defines requirements, creates epics and user stories, and prioritises the backlog to support effective delivery. She has also developed AI‑powered tools to reduce manual effort and strengthened her leadership skills by leading stand‑ups and retrospectives.

  • Francesca joined Accenture in February 2022 and now leads the requirements gathering and analysis for a major project within Health and Public Services. She plays a critical role in supporting our client’s digital transformation, by defining business and technical requirements, mapping critical data and processes, guiding the migration from legacy systems to modern platforms, and decommissioning outdated infrastructure — improving efficiency, reducing costs, and securing long‑term operational resilience.

Where you take your career after the programme is up to you - and we’ll be right there to help you make it happen.

Key Dates

We don’t post application deadlines as we will close the application window once we receive enough applications, so apply promptly to avoid disappointment.

  • Interviews typically begin in November and run through to Spring. Due to the high volume of applicants, this may take some time, but you will receive regular updates on your application's status.
  • Start dates available from September 2027 through to August 2028 and are filled on a first‑come, first‑served basis subject to availability.
