Job summary

Ensera Group's Bristol Design & Product Development office is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own the development infrastructure, tooling, environments, and automation that power our software and engineering teams.

You’ll work with software, embedded, electronics, and wider engineering teams to secure, scale, and streamline CI/CD, development workflows, and deployment practices, while administering core platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience across DevOps, software/engineering environments and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and development tooling.
• Automation-focused with scripting and infrastructure as code exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and automate manual development and deployment activities.
• Improve build, test, integration, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to create repeatable development processes.
• Support continuous integration practices and feedback loops.
• Monitor pipeline performance and resolve issues.
