Job summary

Simply Blue Energy is seeking a Risk and Change Manager to support Erebus, a floating offshore wind project. You will lead risk, design risk and change management, embedding robust processes across design, procurement and construction.

The role focuses on proactive risk identification, governance and stakeholder engagement to deliver a safe, compliant project. Based in Bristol with a minimum three days on site per week, occasional travel for meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 5+ years in project risk/change on major infra/energy projects.
• Experience across risk, design risk, CDM and change management.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Knowledge of UK CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project risk, design risk and change management for Erebus.
• Maintain risk registers and governance across the project.
• Facilitate risk workshops with workstream leads.
• Prepare monthly risk and change reports for boards.
• Ensure CDM compliance and client design responsibilities.
