Job summary

Certitude in Brighton is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities in their homes and in the community. You will help individuals develop new skills, build relationships, and participate in activities that matter to them.

The role requires a compassionate, practical person who can motivate others, enjoys outdoor activity, and can adapt to mornings, evenings and sleep-in shifts across seven days.

Qualifications

• Essential: motivate others and build confidence to try new things, meet new people and achieve goals.
• Enjoys the outdoors and walking.
• Practical and organised in approach.
• Able to build and maintain great relationships to support others.
• Able to use standard tech: internet, emails, databases, MS Office, smartphone/iPad.
