Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a 12-week project in Brighton. You will support the Project Manager and oversee strip-out, demolition and refurbishment activities on site with a hands-on approach and a strong safety record.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator qualifications, plus excellent communication and organisation skills; weekend work may be available.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and CSCS are required.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Experience with refurbishment, strip-out and/or demolition projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible hours with potential weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day management of works.
