Job summary

Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team at Regents Park Nursery in London. You will blend agency-style flexibility with the security and benefits of being an employee.

The role involves supporting colleagues with EYFS delivery through engaging activities, helping children reach milestones, and assisting with day-to-day tasks like tidying and preparation.

Qualifications

Nursery – Regents Park Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary – £14.98 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Regents Park Nursery. Our nursery is a 10 minute walk from Camden Town station and 15 minutes walk from Great Portland Street Station. We are located a 2 minute walk away from Regents Park.

The Role

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!

Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day‑to‑day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
