• Manage caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Review title documentation, searches, contracts, and reports on title.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate legal and transactional risks.
• Maintain accurate case management records and meet completion deadlines.
