Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our growing specialist lending team in the City of London. You will manage a pipeline of bridging applications, coordinate with brokers to gather documents, and support underwriters by preparing underwriting and legal paperwork.

The role focuses on delivering a high standard of service with strong attention to detail, ownership of cases, and effective collaboration with underwriters to keep cases progressing towards

Qualifications

• Experience with bridging finance or specialist mortgage cases.
• Solid understanding of the lending process.
• Experience handling a high-volume caseload with competing deadlines.
• Strong broker communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to take ownership of cases while collaborating with underwriters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
