ESP Care is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker/Clinical Assistant to assist with daily living activities, monitor health indicators, and support clinical tasks under supervision. You will contribute to safe, respectful care and accurate record-keeping in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or any relevant qualifications to the role.
• Minimum of 6 months UK based care experience (within the last 3 years).
• Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship).
• Candidates willing to undergo thorough DBS and Reference checks.
• Ability to follow clear Instructions, Policies and Procedures of each Home.
• Strong communication, organisation, and team skills.
• Compassion, Commitment, patience, and a practical mindset.
• A commitment to upholding dignity, choice, and respect.
