Job summary

AECOM in London invites an Industrial Placement Student to join the Bridge Structures team. You will produce CAD drawings and support structural design tasks under supervision, gaining hands-on experience across feasibility studies and detailed design.

You will assist with project administration and documentation, participate in site visits, and collaborate with engineers across disciplines while applying health and safety practices and sustainability principles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Civil/Structural Engineering degree with 2:1 or higher.
• Strong interest in bridge structures and structural engineering.
• Some prior exposure to engineering environment desirable.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Producing CAD drawings and supporting structural design tasks.
