Job summary
Orbital South Colleges Group is seeking an inspirational Brickwork Lecturer to join the Construction department at East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Selsdon). You will deliver teaching to Brickwork students (levels 1–2), mentor learners as a personal tutor, and drive curriculum planning, while contributing to quality assurance and student assessment.

Qualifications
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- A Level 3 Trowel Occupations qualification.
- Experience delivering and assessing Brickwork (FE environment).
- Experience of quality assurance in provision.
- Relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver teaching and learning to Brickwork students across levels 1–2.
- Act as a personal tutor for Level 1–2 students and promote attendance.
- Prepare lesson plans/Schemes of Work and contribute to planning and review.
- Lead courses, complete quality assurance processes and assess student work.
