Qualifications

• Essential: previous experience setting up and running a bricklaying division or brickwork business.
• Strong experience in brickwork, bricklaying or masonry sector.
• Experience in senior management or director level roles.
• Solid understanding of commercial needs of a brickwork business.
• Experience securing contracts and developing relationships with developers.

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage and develop the brickwork division to deliver projects on time and to high standards.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy for the brickwork operation.
• Identify and secure new brickwork contracts and opportunities.
• Lead commercial and operational performance, including pricing and tendering.
• Recruit and develop bricklaying teams and site management personnel.
