Job summary

Chelmsford College is seeking an experienced Work Based Tutor in Brickwork (0.6) to support its brickwork apprenticeship programmes. You will work with apprentices, employers and curriculum colleagues to deliver high-quality training and assess progress.

The role involves coaching in the workplace and at College, maintaining portfolios in Smart Assessor, and helping learners prepare for End Point Assessment (EPA). DBS check will be completed as part of recruitment.

• Experience in Brickwork industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training for brickwork apprentices and assess learners’ progress.
• Support apprentices to achieve qualifications and complete End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Maintain accurate records of progress and ensure learner portfolios meet standards using Smart Assessor.
