Job summary

Construction Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor specialising in Brickwork for a London-based role. You will be responsible for cost planning, measurements, procurement and financial management of masonry works including brickwork and blockwork, ensuring profitability and cost control.

You will work closely with project managers, contractors and clients to minimise costs and maximize project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimation and budgeting.
• Prepare BOQ and cost plan.

• Perform accurate quantity take offs for Brickwork, Blockwork, Mortar, Reinforcement and sundries.

A qualified quantity surveyor specialising in Brickwork is a MUST, responsible for cost planning, measurements, procurement and financial management of masonry works include brickwork, blockwork, and relevant materials.

The role involves working closely with project managers, contractors and clients to minimise cost and ensure profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

Cost Estimation and budgeting

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost Plan

Analyse drawings, specifications and project documents to calculate quantities

Monitor project budget and identify potential cost risks

Measurements and Take Offs :

Perform accurate quantity take offs for - Brickwork, Blockwork, Mortar, Reinforcement and Sundries / accessories

Salary - 60K

Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm - Office based
