Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Bricklayer for a short-term assignment in the Greater Manchester area. You will perform brickwork patching and repairs, repointing, and general bricklaying duties on tenanted residential properties.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Brickwork and a valid CSCS card, with emphasis on safety and high workmanship standards. Start is immediate, with potential for additional work if you prove reliable and capable.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Brickwork or higher is required.
• A valid CSCS card is essential.
• Previous bricklaying experience in residential or social housing is required.
• Experience with brickwork repairs and patching is preferred.
• A good standard of workmanship and reliability is essential.

Bricklayer – Social Housing & Regeneration

Location: Greater Manchester

Duration: 2 days initially, with potential for further work

Start: Immediate

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor operating within the social housing and regeneration sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bricklayer to join a busy team carrying out refurbishment and repair works across the Greater Manchester area.

The Role

• The initial assignment is for 2 days, with the potential for further work.


• You will be working on tenanted residential properties, carrying out approximately 5 areas of brickwork patching and repairs, along with general bricklaying duties.

Duties will include:

• Brickwork patching and repairs


• Repointing and making good existing brickwork where required


• Carrying out general bricklaying duties


• Working on occupied/tenanted properties


• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship


• Working safely and professionally on site

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or above in Brickwork


• Valid CSCS card


• Previous bricklaying experience


• Experience with brickwork repairs and patching


• Good standard of workmanship


• Reliable and professional approach


• Experience working in residential or social housing environments would be advantageous
