Job summary

Triangle Recruitment are seeking a Production Operative for the clay/brick manufacturing industry in Pulborough. This hands-on role starts with a 12-week period and moves to a 5 on 5 off 12-hour day shift (6:00–18:00) after the probation. The initial schedule is a 7:00–15:30 daytime shift.

The role offers £14.71 per hour, temp-to-perm after 12 weeks, with full training provided and a supportive team environment. Commutable location noted; safety and quality are priorities.

• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness.

• Previous brick/clay/manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
