HEINEKEN UK in Tadcaster is seeking a Technical Operator to support lean production on the brewery line. You will operate high-speed brewing machinery, perform laboratory checks, and ensure safe, compliant operations with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

You'll manage stock via SAP, assist with TPM and continuous improvement, and work across shifts to ensure smooth handovers while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

Formación

• Maths & English GCSEs required.
• Good understanding of IT systems.
• Brewing experience preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrated passion to learn and develop.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain high-speed brewing machinery and automated systems safely and efficiently, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Conduct laboratory analysis at key process stages, delivering First Time Right (FTR) standards and swift corrective action when needed.
• Manage stock levels accurately using SAP and handle raw materials and processing aids per recipe specs.
• Set up and manage process pipework and routing equipment, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the plant.
• Use process knowledge to identify root causes of deviations or equipment issues and escalate when necessary.
• Work with shift teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of production.
• Contribute to the Zero Accident Culture and drive continuous improvement through TPM.
