Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe Agriculture is seeking a dedicated team member for our Breeder Farm Service Team. Join our farms to support vaccinations, chick placements, bird movements and general husbandry, working across sites with strong health and safety standards.

Expect 40 hours weekly with 14.33 per hour and a company vehicle for farm commutes. We value a hands-on, hardworking attitude, willingness to learn, and compliance with Red Tractor standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with multiple farm teams.
• Strong work ethic and hands-on approach to tasks.
• Willingness to learn.
• Follow Red Tractor/industry assurance scheme standards.
• Comply with biosecurity and health and safety procedures.
• Availability for night shifts.
• UK Driving license desired. (UK License for over 1 year, No more than 6 live points, No previous convictions for DD, DG, DR)

Responsibilities

• Vaccinations, chick placements and bird movements.
• Care for the livestock in teamwork with colleagues.
• General farm work including husbandry, egg collection and farm ground keeping.
