Job summary

Bullitt Hotel in Belfast is seeking Breakfast Waiting staff (part time) to join our busy team. You will meet and greet guests, learn guest preferences, and confidently suggest menu items during the breakfast service, in a fast-paced city-centre setting.

Shifts run 6AM–4PM, Monday through Sunday, with fortnightly pay at £12.71 per hour, and a range of benefits including service charge sharing, paid breaks, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a restaurant / hotel environment.
• Fully flexible to work morning shifts, particularly early 6AM starts.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy table service restaurant.

Responsibilities

The work pattern for this role would be between 6AM–4PM and candidates must be available to work Monday - Sunday. Rate of pay is £12.71 per hour for all staff.

Essential Criteria:
