Job summary

Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa in Gloucestershire is seeking an enthusiastic team member for a customer‑facing role across Food & Beverage. The position offers flexible hours to fit school or other commitments and a chance to learn within The QHotels Collection.

You will assist with breakfast service, maintain cleanliness, support buffet operations, and engage guests to ensure a memorable stay. Training and progression are encouraged within a welcoming team.

Job Description:

You will be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotions in order to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.

• Checking guests in for breakfast
• Cleaning and turnover and tables
• managing buffet
• Interacting with guests to make sure they are comfortable
