Job summary

Cairn Group is seeking motivated Supervisors to help lead our Front of House operations at Holiday Inn Express Aberdeen City Centre. You’ll support daily service delivery, coach team members, and coordinate shifts to maintain high standards for guests.

Bring hospitality experience, a positive leadership style, and a collaborative approach. You’ll play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences and developing a strong, customer-focused team.
