Job summary

voco Fareham-Solent is looking for friendly, positive morning people to join our breakfast team. You’ll be the first friendly face greeting guests and setting a welcoming tone for the day.

You will liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the breakfast buffet—hot and cold—is presented as the brand expects, even in a high-pressure environment with corporate, leisure and group guests. If you enjoy teamwork, fast pace, and delivering a memorable guest experience, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• You are friendly and positive, and enjoy greeting guests.
• You can thrive as a morning person in a busy breakfast service.
• You will liaise with kitchen staff to ensure presentation meets brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during breakfast service with a warm, professional welcome.
• Coordinate with kitchen to present hot and cold buffet items as per brand standards.
• Support the breakfast team in a high-pressure environment handling varied guest groups.

You enjoy greating our guests and potentially being their first interaction of the day!

Our breakfast teams interact with 99% of our guests and help set the tone for the day ahead. Often juggling limited space in a high pressure environment and catering for corporate, leisure and group guests - all who have a different expectation and different demands of the team.

You will be liasing with the kitchen team to ensure the breakfast buffet - hot and cold is presented as the brand expects.
