Job summary

Bespoke Hotels in Cheltenham is seeking a friendly hospitality host to join our team. You will help deliver outstanding guest service, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and work closely with the Head Chef to maintain our high standards of hospitality.

Ensuring immaculate set up of equipment on a day to day basis. 2. Provide consistent level of service to customers as per Company standards. 3. Liaise with the Head Chef as to food/restaurant service and all aspects involving the kitchen brigade. 4. Ensure all Company standards are met regarding Health and Safety, COSHH, Security and fire regulations. 5. Provide continuous training to help maintain a consistent high level of service.
