Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Food Service Assistant at Crown Bevcan, Carlisle. The role requires serving breakfast and fresh food, maintaining food safety and hygiene, and delivering a standout customer experience in a 4 on, 4 off pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous catering, hospitality or food service experience.
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification desirable.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast and fresh food to a high standard.
• Deliver weekend breakfast service independently.
• Prepare and replenish the salad bar.
• Set up, clean and reset dining and service areas.
• Complete food safety, temperature and allergen checks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Replenish vending machines and monitor stock levels.
• Complete food safety and due diligence records.
• Support sustainable waste and recycling practices.
• Deliver professional customer service.
• Follow all food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures.
