Nobu Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress for a 30-hour-per-week role, performing early-morning service to deliver Nobu’s renowned standards of understated luxury. You will welcome guests warmly, prepare mise en place, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure memorable mornings for every guest.

The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, professional presentation, and a positive, team-focused attitude. On-duty meals and opportunities to grow within Nobu are provided.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional breakfast experience through attentive service.
• Prepare and set tables and mise en place before service.
• Communicate with kitchen to ensure seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service.
• Handle feedback or complaints with discretion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation.

• Work 30 hours per week, 6am–12pm shifts; additional hours may be available.
