Responsibilities

Meeting & greeting the guests.
Preparing for, setting up, and disassembling the buffet.
Ensuring that the buffet remains stocked with sufficient amounts of food throughout service.
Interacting with guests by taking orders, responding to questions or complaints, and clearing their eating area on departure.
Ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely manner so they can leave the dining area by the end of service.
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant during the meal service.

We are looking for a Breakfast Server to greet & seat customers and residents of the hotel. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in La Mon Hotel as a whole.

About The Role

Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities Include:

Meeting & greeting the guests
Preparing for, setting up, and disassembling the buffet
Ensuring that the buffet remains stocked with sufficient amounts of food throughout service
Interacting with guests by taking orders, responding to any questions or complaints, and clearing their eating area upon their departure
Ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely manner so that they can leave the dining area by the end of the meal service
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant during the meal service. This includes sanitising surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, etc.

Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.

Midweek & weekends required
